A silent staff change is not going to answer all these questions. AVweb is under “new leadership” and readers need to know where this stupid submarine is headed. Do it!
More glossy pictures, less relevant text–that’s the answer.
Please stop referencing “X”. That platform should die already. The longer ‘legitimate’ publications keep that platform alive, the longer we all have to suffer, and keep putting cash in the Ketamine Führer’s pockets.
I agree with Jason, Tom and Kevin.
X = TP media.
Trump propaganda media.
Why were they holding after departure?
Going to guess fuel burn off. Through the years, the Catalina area and beyond has been subject to many gallons of dumped fuel or circling airplanes burning excess fuel for a return. I used to be a controller at ZLA for that area.
And so there goes another breakfast morning tradition of reading AV. So long AV it was fun while it lasted.
What do the comments of any of you four and Dancing Pooch have to do with the subject of this thread?
Focus!
(‘Twitter’, nka ‘X’, is not Donald Trump, it is owned by his now combatant Elon Musk. Trump has ‘Truth Social’, I do not know how popular it is.
I have l have cancelled My Firecrown subscriptions to Plane&Pilot, Flying Mag and am letting my subscription to KitPlanes expire.
In my opinion Craig Fuller has ruined these magazines and now done the same to AVWEB.
I’ve been thinking the same thing. I read avweb while eating breakfast but I’ve been reading less articles and wondering if it’s worth reading. It is definitely not the same.

For anyone not wanting the X widgets, just install Privacy Badger in your browser. It replaces them, giving you the choice whether you want to view them or not.
I’m confused. What do any of these posts have to do with the original thread, 787 Dreamliner returns to LAX with RAT deployed.. am I missing something.
