PLEASE… next time You use abbreviations or contractions or any common/similar form… PLEASE state what the contraction means, up-front. There are so many uses for letter-word contractions that confusion is rampant… such as…
USC = ‘University of Southern California’… or… perhaps ‘University of South Carolina’?
WSU = Wichita State University… or… Washington State University?
This is a common problem in correspondence.
