Think about it. If we had been contacted by aliens then they were obviously benign and would assist us, rather than attack us. On that basis they woud not let Trump win ANY election, or Putin invade Ukraine.
Therefore we have NOT been contacted by Aliens (unless, of course, Trump and Putin ARE Aliens).
