Aircraft was on a predelivery flight before expected entry into Qatar Airways Cargo fleet.
You can do anything you want or your LAST FLIGHT! 
This seems like a “last flight” maneuver. They are lucky that their right wingtip didn’t dip lower and drag them into the pavement! The FAA is going to fry those guys!
