A sweet avionics suite… That’s for sure. May reduce the “where the heck are we now?!?”, in theory. Got my certificate in 1974. Like many made it to the airlines. During that time until the early 2,000s, I was elated to deliver, non radio equipped, around the US. With growing complexities in the airspace system, I conceded to the times, and inlcuded a hand held COMM along with my Sectionals and Rand McNally Road Atlas in my bag of tricks. Modern day avionics suites, when trained and used properly, may prevent those nasty violations and unplanned formation flights with the military. But folks… take that Cub, go fly, and marvel at the beauty out the window and around you.
