Having flown dozens of VIP hops over the years, the flight crews know not to take items left on board. SECDEF did that back in 70 on one of our birds. His cover case for documents has his name on it, and we stowed it for security purposes. Hell, even when I got a chance to fly 27000, the old Air Force One, we knew not to take items unless the PC gave them to us. This gent knew better and I would be willing to bet it will cost him on his FITREP.
