I’m all for a penalty for the perpetrators here but let’s not lose sight of how two faced these sales can be. While we have historically been in conflict with Russia since the end of WWII, we are in a deeper pile of excrement with China who has for the limit it is possible, perfected the Soviet born communist agenda with the USA. We allowed the sale of Continental engines, a critical company to the US aircraft manufacturers, to AVIC of China, which means CCCP, for 186 million. Then, when they get all the info they need or want, sell it back to the US market for 535 million and move into Mexico. I wish I could find that kind of return on investment. China consistently has shown how much of a sucker we can be.
