Association outlines seven governance changes ahead of a vote expected this fall.
This might not have anything to do with the AOPA, but i was once in a flying club, and had issues with their bylaws. The president said that they were a private entity and private club, and that they reserved the right to interpret their bylaws as they saw fit. My thoughts were then why are there any bylaws to begin with? Needless to say I resigned from said club.
The first question should always be: how can we help; what is on your mind with regard to our organization?
