The Weekender can't finish up October without the Halloween touch, hence a search for treats on SocialFlight -- plus some events for all ages. On Friday, Leesburg Executive Airport in Virginia will host anAviation Education & Career Expo for high school and college students. Speakers, demonstrations, exhibitors and aircraft will expose students to the variety of aviation careers they can consider. The winners of 18 aviation scholarships will be announced during the event. Halloween events on Saturday include a special fly-in at Beverly Municipal Airport in Massachusetts, where discovery flights over the "witch city of Salem" are $66.6 and visitors can have a cup of coffee and a cider donut, along with candy for the kids. Take a shuttle to Salem's Halloween bash for the full celebration.
