Textron Aviation announced on Wednesday that it has delivered a new Beechcraft King Air 350CER to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of Marine & Aviation Operations (OMAO). According to Textron, the aircraft was modified with dual-sensor ports to allow data collection from multiple onboard sensors at once. NOAA’s first 350CER, which was delivered in May 2009, has been used for missions including coastal mapping, aerial survey and emergency response.
