Surveys with self-selecting respondents are not professional, cannot be accurate except by chance.
What confidence interval? Eliminated confounding factors? Eliminated observer bias? Were there outliers? (one very slow pilot would skew the results) Too many questions and not enough data. Possible, just not demonstrated with any statistical rigor.
