Without harping on the details of human factors… Collectively, what the FAA has done, and the NTSB has suggested, up to this point is more than adequate and reasonable… Moving forward, it should be the fear of death, brought upon the operator, to the passenger/s that influences flight safety… Beyond that, don’t fly…!!
