Biggest mistake I ever made was not buying McDonnell Douglas stock when the company was going down the toilet. I wasn’t brave enough, would have made a lot of money. The company itself disappeared, but the assets were absorbed by Boeing. Boeing’s current situation is a little different, but the government will not let Boeing fail.
