I echo what Steve C. says above.
Also I reached out to a friend who’s a long time expert on oils and oil technology (he’s close to retirement age and has been in the business for 40+ years so kinda knows his stuff) and he debunked #3 a bit. THere isn’t really thespace to go into detail here, but suffice to say he suggested that modern MV synthetic oils are significantly better than SV oils, especially the newer Mobil-1 type synthetics.
Other than that, I agree and applaud everything else you’ve written here.
