I am an 80 year old with a heart condition (aortic valve replacement 43 years). I noticed continuous Cheyne-Stoking at altitude London to Singapore and Singapore to Perth. Have never noticed this before. I would be interested in the prevalence of this in passengers on commercial flights. Also what is the ambient pressure or the altitude equivalent likely to have been the case on those flights. I plan to take a pulse oximeter next time.
