The Rafale is a twin-engine, canard-configured combat aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation.

I do not see any canard on this fighter? Am I missing something?

You are missing it. Just below the 2nd seat canopy and above the ‘target’ logo.

It’s along the aircraft’s rather high “belt line”, over the intake.

Take a look here: [Nevermind; I can’t post links. Imagine a link here to the wikipedia page on the Dassault Rafale.]

"Its missions include air supremacy, interdiction, reconnaissance, ground support, strike, maritime combat (naval version, designed to operate from aircraft carriers) and nuclear deterrence” – besides heavy bomber and executive transport, what other missions are there?

How 'bout training? In this case, the ‘missing’ (now dead) crew were in a two seat trainer version.

Yes they have a canard. Look close to the pictures, increasing them.
