I was faced with that delimia (early 90’s) when we had one of our first three female NFO’s continue to fly while PG. We were flying an ejection seat airplane and I was furious to say the least! Had something happened while in flight I shudder to think what the ramifications could have been. She knew the rules she chose to ignore them.
