As the owner of an older (but low time) F-28A, I have to commend Enstrom for their support of their products. I’ve owned Bell 47s and Hughes 300s, but the product support by Enstrom is the best in the business! There has never been a part needed that wasn’t shipped within days–there are few life-limited parts–and the parts are reasonable (compared to other manufacturers).
