There is likely no more peak thrust, but a more useable thrust curve (perhaps with knowledge gained by the fleet, as Honda has with their jet) to allow adjusted redlines.
Nope. Having a fleet of these flying gives a lot of information to the airframer and engine supplier. Honda has done the same. You find that your original mapping was perhaps a bit too conservative, and push things up a bit.
